Reading Patch Club @ the Estates Branch Library

Join the club! Students in grades K through 5 who are reading on their own can earn colorful embroidered patches for reading.  Can you collect all four patches?

To earn a patch, readers can read 5 books in each category – either chosen from our Reading Patch Club lists or on their own. All books must be library books.

Patches will be awarded as they are earned.  Just bring the reading log to the Estates Branch Library when a category is completed.

The folks from Kowiachobee Animal Preserve are back with ferrets and skunks! Grades K and older.

Celebrate Russia
Tuesday, May 8, 4-5 p.m.
Enjoy a story about a magic Russian nesting doll, make your own set of nesting dolls, and then enjoy a Russian snack. Grades K and older.

Let's Celebrate Dr. Seuss' Birthday!

We will read Dr. Seuss’ books.  Make a craft and decorate a birthday cookie. All ages.

Clay Crafts

Come and get your hands dirty and make something beautiful!  Learn more about how to make things out of clay. Grades K and higher.

"Road to Reading" encourages parents to participate in a variety of activities with their children.  Children birth to 6 years who are not yet in first grade may participate. There will be prizes.  Register when you stop by to pick up the game board.

Pups 'n' Books

Sign up to read to a dog or just to pet one. All ages.  Register by phone or in person.
