iBorrow interlibrary loan
iBorrow Information

iBorrow is a Southwest Florida interlibrary loan service coordinated by the Tampa Bay Library Consortium. iBorrow enables patrons to view library holdings of the catalogs of participating libraries, request items to borrow, and then pick them up at their home library.

AVAILABILITY
Not all items in the iBorrow portal are available for borrowing. Collier County Public Library does not borrow video, audio, or reference materials. iBorrow libraries do not lend such materials. Patron requests for such items from iBorrow libraries will not be filled.

To use iBorrow, go to the iBorrow Information Portal.

USING iBORROW
You may search the iBorrow portal or login first. To login for the first time, click the Login icon on the left. Select "Collier County Public Library" to highlight. Click the Next button. Enter a username and password and enter your CCPL library barcode. Click Finish. Use your username and password whenever you login to iBorrow.  Forgot your ID or password? Register with a new one; multiple IDs are OK. It's only your barcode that counts!

Search using keywords, which displays results alphabetically. From the results display, click the title to view specific information, including availability. Or click the Request Item icon on the right to request the item. When entering request information, you will be asked to select the CCPL pickup location for the item.

Status. As with CCPL requests, you will receive an email or automated telephone call indicating that your item has arrived at your pickup location and is available for borrowing. iBorrow items circulate for three weeks and cannot be renewed.

To view the status of a request, login to the iBorrow My Account. Once checked out to you at CCPL, check the status on your CCPL My Account.
