As a member of the SouthWest Florida Library Network (SWFLN), the Collier County Public Library extends reciprocal borrowing privileges to our patrons.

Upon request, our library staff can add a SWFLN sticker to your Collier County Public Library card. A SWFLN reciprocal borrowing sticker on your library card gives you borrowing privileges at these participating SWFLN libraries:

(follow the link to get library hours, directions, etc.)

Present your Collier County Public Library card with the SWFLN sticker at participating libraries and you'll receive a free borrowing card for that library (validity period will vary among participating libraries). The SWFLN stickers are valid for the calendar year.

Materials borrowed from participating libraries may be returned to any participating library, although returning to the owning library is a recommended courtesy. When returning a borrowed item at a library that does not own the item, leave enough time before the due date for shipping materials back to and receiving them at the owning library (at least five working days). You will be liable to the lending library for any fines or fees.

SWFLN is a non-profit 501(c)3 multi-type library cooperative serving Charlotte, Collier, DeSoto, Glades, Hendry, Lee and Monroe Counties. Libraries of all types are SWFLN members - public libraries (including one tribal library system), academic, school, and special libraries.

SWFLN's mission is to encourage interlibrary cooperation, to facilitate resource sharing and to provide opportunities for professional growth among all types of libraries and library staff. In support of that mission, SWFLN libraries have established this reciprocal borrowing project, an interlibrary loan and delivery system, and a strong program of cutting edge technology training.
