LETTER FROM THE LIBRARY DIRECTOR
As we think back to our school days, we remember tales of the pioneers and
how families moved west to find more opportunities and a better life. Some
of those pioneers even moved south to settle here in what became Collier
County. Wherever people moved, they started the churches, schools and other
elements of "civilization" they had become accustomed to using.

The Friends of the Library are holding a Pre-Gala concert and Gala Dinner events marking the
50th anniversary of the Friends of the Library.
